Wile I have nothing new in my Building collection to post here, Im starting this thread early as I was inspired by Yesterdays Cabin Fever

[a Forum Sponsor] Auction that closed. What was unique in this auction were the custom buildings, many winning bids going way up there. Specifically you can say the there were only two Builders that many forumites recognize thier buildings/structures. One was the Late Great "Stans Tanks" with many examples and the other was none other than our own OGR forumite Alan Graziano!

Although Alan posts weekly on this thread with either a current build or a recent complete project [within the last 5 years or so],his work spans DECADES of assembling kits and custom structures! So this recent auctions shows Alan's work done as far back as LAST Century!

Without further delay, lets take a look at some of his works from that earlier time period!!!!Acme Dye1ADM2ADM4Alberta Wheat1Alberta Wheat2Cargil Grain2Cargil Grain4Coal Co1Coal Co2Coaling Station2Coaling Station3Exxon Storage1Exxon Storage2Frisco Water Tower1Frisco Water Tower5Graziano Ice1Graziano Ice2Plastic Mfg1Plastic Mfg4Rock Quarry1Rock Quarry2

LOL! The auction company called this "Rock Quarry" a coal mine?

Congratulations to the winning bidders of these fine pieces! FWIW, I believe they purchased a bargain with all the time and talent that went into making these unique pieces!

Missing on Sunday Scenic Showcase is a model of a wood frame country church.  Once upon a time many railroad men had to work on Sundays.  Afterall, the trains had to make their runs.  While the railroaders were out on the main line their families attended church.  My how times have changed.

Really like the Frisco water tower.  I believe it still proudly stands in Frisco, Texas, where the Museum of the American Railroad is now located.
