I just constructed some "Pen Tanks" for some of our customers at my real job. I ahve made quite a few of these over the years.

UPS trailers but no way to get them off the doors. BUT WAIT; the shifters are on their way to the property.

Your facility also requires fire protection. An elevated water tower with a UPS logo would be a nice addition.

Nobody throws out my pen tanks when I give them out. Thats why my boss and I came up with the idea.

I run a construction company that builds and repairs above-ground storage tanks. When I started in 1978, I wanted a model of a storage tank for my desk. I did a lot of drawings in 1/4 scale so I looked but could not find one. After about two years of experimenting, I made a presentable tank out of styrene, and the rest is history.

I will have to put my thinking hat on and come up with something else. Your water tower looks like it fits very well.
