Good Morning Everyone
I will start off with the first house model I ever constructed. It was for my father in law who constructed the real house. Let's see what you have been working on.

Very nice Alan. If you were to puth that outside and take some photo's I'm sure it would look 1:1.

This is my 48:1 scale mousetrap. I think he is living in my blast furnace. I hope he likes peanut butter.
David,
You have provided one awesome mouse house.

If that wonderful result was your first house building effort, Alan, I can't wait to see your next one.

Neat pics, Bruce.
The guy taking the picture of the poor soul under the crashed motorcycle instead of trying to help is, unfortunately, more and more common today.
Remember me from your Yahoo Newsgroup? I finally dropped out about 6 months ago. Good to "see" you again. Your layout is still in the "Friend's Layout" section of my website.

Been wanting to get back to work on the layout but had a few more things to run through the shop first:
Norm, really like the MOW car with the deck painted and the weathering. On the Lionel tank. I was interested in one. The lack of mentioning the Kadee mounts in the catalog. I passed. Was adding Kadee’s easily done ?
Dave, this was the old TMCC crane car tender. I used some short box Kadees (806?) and CAed some styrene flush with the original coupler cutouts in the frame. I use some 8mm long 2mm screws time mount the boxes. I found a way to snip off the claw coupler and keep enough of the meat in the trucks to retain the pickup rollers. Hope these pics help:
I should probably clean that roller oops.
Sorry Dave, just realized you were asking about the tank car! I shimmed the ends with a couple layers of some .060 styrene:
