Good Morning Everyone,
For all of you that attended York, I hope you had a great time. Here are some pictures of a previous model I constructed. Let's see what you have been working on.

Looks good Alan, very nice way to take care of that space.
Joe, thanks for sharing the photos, I have at least 15 similar wall sections, most from Ameritowne, and I have been brainstorming what to do with them. A picture is "worth a thousand words". Some really good ideas here, excellent looking buildings and great choice of colors and weathering.

You need more ideas go to https://modelstructuresinc.com/building-fronts and scroll through the pictures.

Joe,
The building fronts on your site look great. I like all the sinage.

Thanks

This is the last piece in a diorama I am building for a customer. It is a fuel loading platform. I still need to add details plus figure out piping. There will be structure to route all piping that I will be making next.
The overall design is shown below
Some of the other structures are shown below
Joe, A little paint or as is?
Joe - a whole lot of paint!!!
Most of what I build I sand to roughen the surface for paint adhesion. I usually use a white plastic primer to even out the different plastic colors (black / gray / white) then the color of choice. If I need to add decals I will over spray with Dulcote or equivalent otherwise the rough surface messes up the look of the decal (dark spots - ?"silvering"?).
I will be posting more shots after paint. Right now the only customer imposed spec is red railing.
Joe
