Alan...... here is something interesting........I went to say this up front: THIS IS NOT MY WORK....
One of our modular group (and an OGR Forum member) is Bob Buehler who is also the proprietor of Bob's Trains 4U.....and he routinely buys collections for resale. (he'll be at York in the Orange Hall). I saw this item when he piles up some buildings from a collection he bought. It is a scratch-built loading dock. What is interesting is what is written on the underside.....
The building it came with was not immediately obvious....but, another Elllison fan for sure!

The firehouse looks great photographed outside.
Alan, as usual another great Sunday showcase. Your tanks are wonderful. Peter neat find, Dennis beautiful structures, David really nice way to dress up that structure. I have one, will study your work and see if I can make mine better.
