Good Day Everyone,
I will start off with a few more pictures of the grain silo re-build. It is almost complete. All I have left is to hinge the end wall of the model. Here are some pictures.

Wow,
I remember the first time we crossed a trestle seating on a RS3 engine. Honestly i get scared, the perspective show a very narrow track and extremely wide engine.
Beautiful scene!
Andre.
Nice photo's, thanks for posting.

Guys just some great work!
Nice details.
Here are some photos of a new building I have been working on for a new kit.
Great talent on display as usual guys! Thanks for giving us something to aim for!
Hi Alan, The Silo looks great you are the best at model building your work will be forever appreciated since mostly all my buildings you built for me and will keep them all forever they can be seen on my profile page. I miss the drive up the turnpike to pick them up I'll never forget the first building you built for me the Lionel Korber factory I was shocked to see how nice it came out.
Mark,
I am glad you like it. Your post made my day.
Alex/Joe,
Thank you for the nice compliments.
Hear are a few pictures of the 99 percent completed model.
I glued the large pipe to the end wall. The pipe pivots on a flanged cap at the top and bottom. I ran some piping into the building at the top to stiffen the top connection.

Alan,
Very nice
you have taken that kit to a new level!
The existing Korber kit was probably more than twenty years old. It held up pretty well considering it was probably never kept in a climate controlled environment. Most of the glue joints were still holding it together. It went back together fine. Korber Models have been a lot of fun for me to work on over the years.

Nice work guys, always inspiring to me!
First off Alan - outstanding job on the grain elevator!
I am building a Korber Lehigh Eng kit for a customer. I usually paint Korber roofs flat black. A friend stopped by saw the roof and declared it ugly. Two days later it back. Mark painted the roof caps the same color as the brick, gutters were painted gray, N scale ballast was used as gravel and the skyline actually looks a real window!
So much for plain black roofs anymore............
Good stuff everyone!
