Outstanding work on the Linoleum Factory, in particular the roof[s]

We even had linoleum in the so-called Living Room during the Great Depression. The print coating was worn off at the front entrance so Dad glued a piece over it that he had saved where the metal mat under the Warm Morning Wood Heater was placed[we couldn't afford coal until 1940 and then WWII came and restricted its sale].

Great job Patrick.

Another excellent Terminal from the past Alan.

great story Dewey

most interesting thing to me was that originally sail cloth was put on the floors to keep them warm. Then someone came up with the idea to coat it with linseed oil .

Some great work this week ALL

Alan VERY nice work on this project!

I also was looking for the Sunday show case before I went to Church. Patrick must have been in Church early or he was taking pictures for the show case

Great work everyone! I am not even going to bother with mine. Your practice pieces probably look better!

Patrick.....You truely hit it out of the park with your factory. Between you and Alex you guys are raising the bar to new heights around here!

Jim.....So glad to see you and Leslie back on the forum again. The talents and skill of the two of you have been absent way too long.

Steve......As usual your railcar weathering skills amaze me. I feel like I am walking down a siding checking out the real thing when I see your creations.

Mike CT.....Your attention to detail leaves me anxious to see your handiwaork when you start filling in the rest of the scenic elements around your structures.

Televue.....That plaster platform looks great! Just like poured concrete!

RickO......The only thing missing now is the cold blast of winter air!

Alan.....You ARE the king of Modeling with Plastruct and Styrene. Nothing surprises me any more when it comes to your ability to create a model.

Ahem....Mr. Vulcan, Are you goofing off again and neglecting your fan base? We anxously wait all week to see what you have created during the week?

These new kids on the block are not making you nervous are they?

dont get him mad,i think he's building coffins!

Fabulous work here on this thread. Unless I am mistaken, the quality of the work gets better and better. Masters of scenery and structures areposting here. Many thanks, once again, for your suggestions and support.

Here is the "Founder's Building." I call it the Munoz Building named after my Father-in-Law, Fil Munoz. Ginny, the Mayor of Munoz, is very happy with her father's office. Photos of actual rooms are recessed 1/4 inch for depth and perspective. Though I included a dozen interior lights, I am still dissatisfied with the light that fails to illuminate the rooms properly.

Alex, I saw your new Korber backdrop building at York and was delighted that they have new buildings in production.  I had to narrow it a bit to fit my space and didn't put on the fire escapes since it is a warehouse on my layout, but it it neat to see how people are using the kit.

Good point. I saw him create a bait tank and an "O" Gauge bobber and fishing line once. No doub't he could create my bones for one of those coffins or worse yet the ashes from the creamatorium!

I got quite a bit done but when all was said and done it didn't look like much. Didn't seem worth the waste of film, I mean, megapixels.

How tall did you say you were again, Ken?

Super showcase this week, All !!
