This is a MPC era diesel horn sound board that came out of a recently acquired B unit. The double sided foam tape basically disintegrated and I suspect the board shorted out against the metal chassis. The green arrow points to a capacitor (I think) and I can only read 1N4. Looks like there was more numbers but the cap is blown away. The trace is blackened a bit but intact. I would like to replace the part but can't find any info on the net. Can anyone identify what the complete name of this cap is?

I know I can replace it with a much better quality sound board, but for me sometimes that "cheesy" door bell buzzer sound is ok!

Thanks...Rich

Wow, big help guys. I just ordered an assortment of these diodes pretty cheap. They are shipping from China so will take a while. Thanks again for your advice...Rich

Be careful unsoldering/soldering.  Board looks like a "cheapy" phenolic board (ie, one-shot-throw-away not meant to be repairable) possibly with thin copper traces  that can lift with too much iron heat.
