As a Bostonian I would like to express my gratitude to the LCCA for acknowledging on Thursday night and as the general theme for the convention "Boston Strong" all attendees were wearing the bright orange shirts with Boston Strong printed on them was a very heart warming tribute to the tragedy that happened in our city. This also hit a personal note with me in that the MIT officer who was killed was someone I personally knew as we both worked the same shift and our jobs crossed over each other. Sean a police officer and myself a Housing manager. I was in York when I called one of my colleagues and learned what happened that night. I believe I speak for all Bostonians when I say thank you LCCA for your support.

Chris; eloquently put.
Chris,
Wonderfully done!
Maybe the strong American 'silent majority' is once again waking to the call.
Thank you.

LCCA rules in my book. Great people and a great show.
Chris,
My sincere condolences to you on the loss of a work friend. Long after the media and news coverage dies down, the reality and finality of the situation affects the lives of many people for many many years. It never truly goes away for many. Never forget. Please keep honoring and remembering the victims by supporting their families.
We in the LCCA want to show our love and support for the Boston community and families affected by this tragic day. Convention Manager Bob Carter, LCCA President Dennis DeVito, the entire BOD, officers and volunteers wanted to show our support for Boston Strong organization and community everyday of the convention. LCCA volunteers and hotel staff members wore Boston Strong shirts the entire week. Stay Strong Boston!! We in the LCCA support and love you!
Sincerely
Al K.
