If based solely OGR posts one would assume complaining about Lionel is our national pastime.  So I am going to swim against the current and say thanks to Lionel for shipping the scale Polar Express in plenty of time for the holiday.  I have no idea how difficult it is to design and improve a legacy engine, have it manufactured in another continent, shipped half way across the world and then arrive during the month it was advertised. Come on, how hard can that be?

Normal service resumed, everyone can now go back to blasting Lionel for inflicting upon them such an intolerable and unbearable amount of displeasure and grief.

There has been a running joke at my LHS that every year "We can hardly wait til January to see the new Lionel Christmas trains." Glad that has now come to an end. Well done and congratulations to the Lionel team for getting it right at a critical time in their history. The move toward Built-To-Order certainly had a role in this. Lionel is "Back on track!"

I aleways give codos to a manufacture/importer when they do their job well and give a great prodoct and delivered on time, I on the other hand  as most of you know will ...well tell them how I realy feel. Recently, I have been pleased with all of them and I believe I have indicated so.  MTH is back in my happy world by making new North American railroad train equipment(ya MTH).
