Cool- like waiting for Christmas morning to get here. 
Always a great feeling! How about when you've picked up a new engine, but before you can get it home you've got to go to some family function or dinner or what have you. Everyone is sitting around and talking/eating and you're sitting there thinking, "can we get this over with so I can get home and open up that bad boy?". Haha.

I got a message from my local dealer(they left a voicemail), saying my K4's were in. I was so excited and called them back to tell them I would be down on Monday to pick them up. I complete forgot to ask what was the final price, lol.
I ran over to the club layout to put her through some paces! I love this engine!
When K-Line came out with their E8's in PRR livery, I ordered an A-B-A set from Davis Trains in Milford, Ohio. Milford is 2 1/2 hours drive from home on a good day. When I got the call that they had arrived, I made arrangements to drive down on a Saturday afternoon and pick them up. On the way home there was a bad traffic accident that had the interstate at a standstill. I couldn't wait any longer. I opened the boxes and placed the three units on the dashboard of my truck while waiting for traffic to start moving again. I'm sure I got a few strange looks from other drivers, but I had to get my fix.
