I'll slap some decals on the stock car next week---

The stock car appears to be a stand-in for the prototype.  I don't know if Bruce shared a photo of the prototype.

The roof is made from wood and was likely black.

Hi Gene,

bruce emailed me instructions stating yellow roof....  I may hit it with grime to darken.    The yellow was cut with 10% gray to soften the color.   Lee turner has been very helpful is advising me on muting trucolor paint to show a more prototype appearance.

Here is a bit of decal work.   The old set broke apart and was troublesome.

Looks great. Where did you get the Katy decals? I looked for some a number of months ago and couldn't find any.

This week, I offer a PAC limited b-50-14 and a NYC 8-7 steel car.  Decals from Rick leach. The big four was custom ordered.  Notice the cotus data on the tanks...

Gee, that B-50-14 looks familiar!  Still waiting for the Pennsy to deliver me one like it.
