OGR forum member Laidoffsick sent me a couple of his O Scale Haulers last week.

Writing a fancy review is not needed. These things are FANTASTIC!

They literally took 10 minutes to assemble. They came shipped in parts and flats that needed to be folded and at first it struck me as complicated, after bending the various panels on the crease lines keeping the white upward it was a snap!

Today I loaded up a Precision Scale Rio Grande M-64 4-8-4 with a 1945-1947 Exposition Flyer consist. A consist of 8 heavyweight cars including models from Precision Scale with Wasatch's incredible trucks and Sunset. We took the train for a day trip to the High Plains Route layout he is OGR member Jefferson.

My only trouble was the wide footprint of the boxes; going down a narrow set of stairs alone with one passenger car hauler fully loaded with 6 brass passenger cars could be difficult for many.

Thank you Doug for the samples they are simply marvelous and in my opinion the best option for moving gear around without the OEM boxes. And wow is this slick!

After I was done at the HPR it literally took 5-6 minutes to load and go; no more 35 minutes of reboxing.

I used Reboxx plastic wrap to help the models slide in and out and prevents details from grabbing the foam.

I highly suggest the O Scale Hauler; they are as close to the protection provided by OEM boxes as you are going to find for this sort of activity. Today I trusted nearly $12,000 worth of equipment in them; with no reservations.

You did a great job with a beautiful train.

After seeing your MO River Eagle, I am seriously considering ordering several Union Station Products MoPac car sides - got to love the porthole windows.  Now have to figure out how to justify running Eagle cars on a MoPac branchlike - maybe a bridge was was out and train re-routed .
