dgauss,

Since when does a hobby become a fetish?

I don't model exlusively hobos (it would be weird if I did), I just admire their resourcefulness at making something from nothing as many of them were forced into this lifestyle (mostly by an uncaring government)  half on one side of the track living in an undeveloped area, and the other side of the track by law abiding citizens (living in the town of Pleasantville on my layout).

What you have suggested is merely amusing...If you were trying to be offensive by pointing out a particular fascination, you have not succeeded, may I point out that we all are a bit strange for being grown ups (most of us) that play with toy trains!

A bit of stress relieving humor is good once in a while.

However, I am aware of the scenery source list. I have ordered my hobos from it in the past.

As it happens, I have not posted about this subject in quite awhile (because I was sick) I thought you missed my posts. Apparently, you did not, most of the other people have I think.....

To everybody,

I don't mean to be offensive, I have always modeled my layouts with inspiration from this forum. However, since I have been ill the last couple of months, I have not found the time to even look at my layout.

However, now that I am finished my treatment for a benign brain tumor, I have loads of time to come up with ways to vary my 5 hobo camps.

Other than the dust which I have to clean off them, I am interested in getting your input as to how I can arrange them other than in groups of 5. (5X5=25)

Do you have any suggestions?

Yes, that's just what we need - a breeding program.........
