Hi all! Over the past few months, I've been working on adding mortar lines to a lot of my MTH buildings on the layout. I wanted to add a little more sense of realism to everything on it.
Front and center on the layout is my MTH Passenger Station. I've been working on weathering it, and do not like how toy-like the roof looks now and I'd love to do a wash to it to give it some realism.
I've watched some videos / read some posts that said an India ink wash (using 70% alcohol) isn't going to work well with plastic. Is that true? Is there another approach I can take? This is my first attempt at weathering and I really want it to come out well.
