I am in need of a power supply for a TMCC controls base unit. Does any one have one or know what I could use?

The TMCC-1 Command Base...
...uses a 12V AC 100mA power transformer part number 6102911010, listed on Lionel Parts website as Unavailable. More information to follow...

The outside of the coaxial dc plug has to be connected to the ground pin on the power supply ac plug. That’s how the TMCC signal is connected to the ground wiring of the house.
An AC transformer with a house ground pin connection is required. This linked thread discusses correct wiring between a transformer similar to the one pictured below and the TMCC base.
The highlights from that earlier thread are:
- the plug that connects to the TMCC-1 Base is a 5.5 x 2.5mm barrel connector
- the barrel connector's outside sleeve needs to be wired to 1) the center (house ground) screw terminal on the new transformer and 2) to one of the new transformer's outer screw terminals
- the tip of the barrel connector is wired to the remaining unoccupied screw terminal on the replacement transformer.
