I also wonder, since you're not making any more of them, what happens when you want another one or one dies? For most folks, I think using a current product makes more sense.
I agree John. Also I would want a Programmable one. I myself would love to mess with them but only if I could set them to do what I wanted.

I think it would make more sense to get someone to pick up the product and start making them, perhaps giving you a royalty, that way it would be current and evolving. Buying a dead product seems like a losing proposition.
It's a very limited market. I use to sell these at York orange hall. Had a working demo. Lotsa people looked, shook their heads and walked away. Lucky to sell 2 or 3 each show. So out of 25 I made I have 3 installed on my layout and 5 left.
