Do yourself a favor and just get a couple of SC-2's, no external relays required.

I have a bunch of relays I sell at my cost if you get stuck and go the relay route,I may have what you need, I would need to know the voltage requirements for the coils. 12VAC relays are a bit uncommon so you may have to add a rectifier and use 12VDC ones.

FWIW, got some of these last fall in DPDT, they are nice and fairly reasonably priced. Base available & listed below. Also available in DPDT, 3PDT, 4PDT and other voltages.

Sorry, but no matter what I tried, can't get the actual link to work here, even tried the long version?   Guess you have to be smarter that the stuff you are working with, not the first time I've had the problem!

Too bad that link is bad.

By the time you add six relays and potentially the rectifiers, not to mention the work of wiring up all the extra hardware, you're well on your way to buying an SC-2 that already has the capability.  Why not solve the problem the right way?

I could not fix the link (tried everything I could think of?), but added the part number for the SPDT relay if you are interested in looking at it. Really is a nice relay.

No doubt those are fancy relays, but in this instance, I still think the SC-2 is the right answer.  However, I'm curious if this link works anyway.

Nope!   Boy, they want $4 just for the socket for those relays!

My thoughts as well, sockets are a bit pricey!  I put off ordering because of that, but finally broke down... You can only keep a man from something he really thinks he wants for so long!

Good luck in your quest.  I know that I unloaded my SC-1 units and went with the SC-2's, they're much more universal in application.  You can use them for track power controllers, switches, accessories, etc.  Anything you need to switch on/off or pulse on/off is fair game.
