TORTOISE SWITCH WIRE

for all my 2 rail switches I use   .047 music wire for  tortoise switch machines . Once you try some you will you will agree the only way to go

For 3-rail Ross switches, I usually use 0.031" music wire.  If the reach is really long, then 0.047" works well.  You'll need to enlarge the hole in the black moving nub on the Tortoise in order to use either of these wire sizes.

The wire that comes with the Tortoise is 0.025" (if I recall correctly) and is overly wimpy.
