Tom Groff has something like this on the Choo Choo Barn layout. I don't know if he scratch-built it or whether it was a commercially available product. Get in touch with him and ask.

We found this one on the-auction-site-thou-shalt-not-utter a couple years ago....

I believe it's  from a larger Department 56 'park' set, but I couldn't tell you anything more precisely.  It's pretty nifty, though, for this station-front setting.  Hey, the price was right!

Scenic Express has this one, you'd have to make your own water is all.  They show it out of stock right now, but who knows?  Dept. 56 also has several here, you might take a gander at them ;d
