I added a remote fast track rt hand switch. When i wired it to remote power source engine goes full throttle or not at all. Removed jumper put + wire on aux in - on aux common removed - common and switch works off track power. Any suggestions as what is going on will look at switch again later to day

Sounds like the switch is providing power to the track from the aux power. There were some internal wiring issues with Fastrack switches, it could be one of those.

If it's a new switch, I'd first verify that's what is happening. Measure the resistance between the center rails and the AUX-IN pin with the track jumper removed. If any of the center rails are connected to the AUX-IN without the track power jumper installed, something is wired wrong internally.
Thanks every one found out it was the lionel dc80 transformer never used accessory connection before it is bleeding power between connections internally causing my problem
