I have bought items from Trainz over a long period of time and still have as recent as last week. Today I received an email ad from the new web site and thought I would go and brouse the site.

 

WOW WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.

 

I could not believe how S L O W the web site is. I tried to look at the "O" Gauge site and could only see 2 items at a time and when I wanted to scroll the page It was just aweful.

 

Scott I kbow you watch the OGR B U T THE S I T E S L O W N E S S WILL KILL THE EFFORT. I hope you can do something about it and WHERE IS THE SERARCH??? I wanted to look at items bt MFG but did not see a search feature. Maybe it is not avaiable to the guest who is only brousing.?

 

My experience was not good and I had hoped that by waiting that the site would be running pretty smooth by now.

Guarantee, the biz has gone South,  I did not need the old Trainz site,

but  I made purchases of accesssories. and recognized the 15% premium, and

got my purchase usually, 3-4 days after payment.

 

  I concur --- collector-model trains,  or DASH, whatever,  I sure as this world,

  dont need this new ineffective conglomeration !!!!

Not to mention that Firefox and Chrome are much more secure than IE.

As an ex IT person....I don't allow any of the computers I 'support' (folks and family) to use IE and have Firefox on all of them. Easier on me...not as much fixing!
