Been running all command locomotives (DCS and TMCC) with a Postwar ZW. I put 10 amp, fast blow, automotive ATO fuses between the ZW and TIU. No issues.

10 amp is the max value I would use. If you are running smaller trains/locomotives then 3, 5, or 7.5 amp fuses would be plenty.
