My Ross switches use DZ-2500c motors with the DZ-2502 single button controller.  Two of them have developed problems with the single button controllers: they will throw the points one direction but not the other.  The button on the machine itself works fine.  I've swapped out other controllers and the machine responds appropriately.  Any thoughts on how to fix?

Thanks!

maybe you can help me. I am hooking up my first track and I have 2 gragraves switches hooked together that will eventually allow me to move trains to the inner 2 nd loop of track. I have hooked up the DZ 2500 switch machine but my train dies in the middle of the switches. No Power. I have track pins from my middle leg and both outside legs hooked to the switches. Am I missing a power and or common hookup to the switch itself??

Gregg,

I have seen posted on the forum that there might me a problem with the LED's. Try pulling them out and operating the switch. Dennis Zender is a great source of help. Call or e-mail him.

Quiz,

Suggest you get out your meter and check for power and common continuity on all the rails. It may very well be a loss of common. If it is a "Ross Ready" the switch has been pre-wired from them. If not, you will have to provide power to all three center rails and at least one of every outside rail.
