Are there any commercially available portals for an auto roadway? I'm kind of short on time, so not interested in making my own. Thanks

I haven't seen any, but I would think you could use concrete train portals and adapt them for a roadway. There are the complimentary concrete walls to create the wings if needed.

Also used the woodland scenic HO concrete portal

The Pennsylvania RR used a lot of keystone arch tunnels. This one still exists, Midway, PA, It allows the Panhandle bike trail to cross over the road.

Works great for the bike trail. Note that if there is ever enough traffic the bike trail can be expannded to a second lane.

I model in S, but what I did might work in O too. It's a Woodland Scenics HO double tunnel portal. In O it might work for a single lane road:
