I think that both of the individual layouts in The Alcove will fit into the size requirements of The 48 Club - do they?

As long as the total square footage is under 32 sq ft, your good. There is a 5X9 division (45 sq ft) division also.

Looks like BOTH layouts qualify then.
The upper S gauge layout is about 21 sq ft and the lower O27 layout is about 24 sq ft
Until recently, I called The Alcove the Warrenville Closet Branch, because it is an old clothes closet
