Hi, my name is George Blume and I am building my first full sized layout.  I now have my planning doc just about finished and know what I want for each of the scenes on my layout. WHEN I SAW THE UNION STATION KIT BASH DONE BY JOHN SETHIAN, I WAS COMPLETELY BLOWN AWAY!!!!
I am an architecture freak and plan to have at least 3 skyscrapers in my city scene but I had given up on a large central rail terminal as it just seemed too complicated to build and too expensive to by. I love what was done here and want to do something similar. I have already bought 2 MTH banks but I have nooooo idea how one would purchase the skylights from that operating gas station. The model itself is $120.00.

If anyone has any information on the purchase of these skylines or something very similar please let me know. This kit bash will put the limits of my abilities but I really love the design. Thanks in advance and best regards always.

Here's something that we have in progress.  We are developing a line of buildings, with an eye towards those that are historical in nature, that may be purchased as kits or built-up and in the form of flats, 1" deep shadowboxes and buildings. What you see here, from left to right, is our Corrigan Station with a 15" wide by 12" deep footprint, our Cameron Apartments building with a 5-story unit on top of a 7-story unit, and our Pickwick Hotel. These are all being developed as described above as flats, shadowboxes and buildings. The Shop section of our website has the Corrigan Station and Cameron Apartments as kits and built-up, as flats or shadowboxes. Contact us directly to custom order the them in building format.

We are working to fix the so scarce issue and are trying like heck to keep them at the only soo expensive level. Our product line will continue to evolve and grow where the market takes us. Right now, my direction is towards historical architecture and use, with a certain simplicity to model, flexibility of size and height variations, and resultant visual interest. We have our sights on the Packard plant in Detroit, Heinz factory in Pittsburgh and the Colgate plant in Jersey City.
