credit has to be given to the Vargas Brothers for using strip lighting mounted on an angle to highlight their custom buildings. With their permission this is being posted. Ogre Modeling suggested how to accomplish this effect. Note the excellent modeling of this replica Grand Prix at Monaco perfectly to scale. Expand your screen, turn up the sound, and Enjoy!

That is really impressive!!!
The greatest slot car track ever! The stuff of dreams.
Yes, stuff of dreams is right! It made me reminisce for the old slot cars. Tear up the GarGraves, and install slot car track!!
Indeed, that's what I call a SLOT CAR TRACK!
Jeepers, like actual drone footage of Monaco!
They actually did the measurements based on the actual site in Monaco. Each building is an individual piece that was built at a workspace and then placed. This display is in a museum near/under the Golden Gate Bridge. It is a 1/32 scale setup that was donated to the museum by a former Grand Prix Racer. There are other youtube videos of Vargas Brothers Lionel train layouts. Although the race and Monaco buildings are fantastic, my favorite part is the coastline and water...outstanding!
That information makes it even more remarkable!! 1:32 takes up a lot of space. I was wondering what those cars scale out to be. I still have a transformer from the Elgin set we had as kids. My mother threw the racetrack out decades ago. In her diligence, she missed the transformer, and I scarfed it up years later.
