Any issues with putting a sheet of thin luan wood on the top of plywood on benchwork. Quality of plywood is pretty rough - going to past Luan panels that I have to smooth the finish.

I use luan plywood under my buildings and as sidewalks. The rough texture makes nice concrete especially once I scour the expansion joints in. And the thickness makes for a good curb along the street.
