using old lionel operating gate house with fastrack?

I would like to use an older lionel operating gatehouse, that was designed to work with a weight actuator that slid under tubalor track, with my fastrack. will the fastrack activator track work? or do I have to use the original weight actuator and slide it under a fastrack section ?

Yes ,it will work with the fastrack activator track,that is the way mine is hooked up to.
