Frito Lay has a huge plant in Binghamton, NY.

They have rail service into the building and a track mobile.

My favorite feature is a ramp that dumps entire tractor trailers full of potatoes.

Cab and all!

Google map their address for earth view.  Ready?...10 Spud Ln Binghamton, NY 13904

Not Frito Lay's but similar.  Frito Lays picks up the trucks with two hydraulic cylinders with an A frame structure on each side of the ramp. would be a neat animated feature.

I thought they only made the chips there. 12yrs since my tour...

The older building front looks nice and a satellite view of the rail service-more potatoes that you can imagine.

I'm not sure what all they make at the Nottingham Facility.  The tour guide list potato chips and pretzels.  I only went there once for the tour and half the plant was alread shut down for the weekend.  If you get a chance go there between Thanksgiving and New Years.  The have a nice light display on the property.
