I came across pictures of this building online. I liked the style and color so I made a reasonable O scale model. I wasn't sure if I wanted the left wall extension with the palm tree so I made the extension part removable. I ended up using all of it on the layout.

Thank you. The building is mostly Evergreen plastic sheets, with some wood. The paint is Benjamin Moore strawberry.

Thanks - great color match too!
Sweet!
Very nice scratch-build.
Very Cool!
Perhaps Menards will contact you about building and offering your concept and design! I would like to have one on my layout, an interesting fun element. And well done with the lighting and window dressing!

Thanks to all for your kind words. I also would like to see Menards offer some smaller storefront buildings. The big industrial buildings are nice, but most of us don't have the space for these monsters. I am sure Menards could work out a deal with Micheline to make her store!
Beautiful work.
Micheline Pitt just discovered this post and loved it! She also posted some pictures on her Instagram of the building before and during the renovation, an amazing transformation.
