I havent seen any so there may not be any but was looking to get these figures or something close to them in o scale. Bikers would work as well. Any help would be appreciated.

From the playground by the Putnam Division track in Van Cortlandt Park to Coney Island these figures would be appropriate all over the city. I would look at Heroclix superhero gang goons. The Baseball Furies would be pretty easy to copy

Some "Homies" might be the ticket to fill some of the roster too.
Sculptamold for those bottles if you cant find loose ones.
A couple old pals still dress as Furies for Halloween, lol.
You aught to throw in Snake and the Duke of New York in for kicks too
