Weaver Pennsy Pilseryer Beer PS-1 Plug Door Boxcar Question

There are six new beer cars coming from Weaver. Five are reruns of custom run cars. This leads me to wonder if the Pennsy Pilseryer Beer PS-1 Plug Door Boxcar is also a rerun of a custom run car. Anyone know? If yes, who was it custom run for? Thanks.
