Alibatwomble is that a WBB GP30?
Greetings from the Gettysburg RR station...a lovely old building.......and, the Lincoln Diner.
When Lincoln came to deliver his Gettysburg Address, became and went from this station. The 2nd floor is an 1886 addition.
The Lincoln Diner is across the street and a good place to eat when u visit the town.

Happy Friday!
Did a few little things on the layout this week. Didn't have much time. I'll be in Atlanta all next week, so won't be able to do much work on it again!
Picked up a 2018, plasticville tower & freight station when I was up in PA last week. Had both buildings when I was a kid, so I wanted to find a place for them on the layout. Also worked on the creek & surrounding area a bit.

Bravo Lionel....Bravo!!!
There is no line...like the Vision Line....#6001 pulled in the other night from Pats Trains.
An absolutely striking locomotive! FWIW, my wife, who could care less about trains, commented as soon as I took it out of the box...."another one???....but wow, that one is really nice...."

Hi Joe yes it's a WBB GP30 bought on the last day of August this year & finally got round to running it this week.

I am afraid you'll have to build your own. I described how I built mine here: 1/43 - 1/50 autos and trucks.
Johan I am liking what appears to be your brewery and the embedded track in cobblestones.
Alibat that was a good deal even for this side of the pond.
Nothing special. I had my big Pennsy steamers down off the display shelf for some rearranging so I took some photos of them. Left to right in the first photo: Lionel J1a, Lionel T1, 3rd rail Q1, MTH Q2.
The layout in the White Hall.....
Sincere thanks to all the members in the group who made this happen.....we really appreciate the time and effort!

Christmas came early to the O'Malley household this year. On November 1, the newest annual Christmas boxcar from the LCCA came to my mailbox. I tried photographing it outside the box, but the camera, or my eyes would not get a good focus on it. It is an Angela Trotta Thomas painting on the boxcar this year.
I added it to the Halloween Peanuts train displayed on my entertainment center.
I got to the Kalamazoo Model Railroad show on Sunday. I was able to get an MTH Premier Norfolk and Western 50' double plugged-door box car that had been aged and a new looking Green Bay & Western "Green Bay Route" 40' reefer. They fit within the time period of most of my freight cars and locomotives.

At the Kalamazoo Model Railroad show on Sunday I was able to get a RailKing C&O Chessie System 50' modern box car. It looks right with cars like the Atlas O industrial rail C&O Chessie System caboose.

Went to a local division TCA meet this morning. Purchased 3 MPC boxcars for $10 each. Plus 3 MPC beer reefers for $3 each! The table owner had a bunch more at that price. My wife told my buy them all. But I decided to just pick 3 favorite's. Then, once home. Realized, that I should've gotten them all. Oh well, I'm happy that she wanted to go the the meet with me.
