I would guess some variation of the Pride Lines reproduction of the Ives glass dome platform.
It definitely has Pride lines/Ives feel to it, but is also totally way off to definitively be.
I can't tell you what it is but there are a few things we can rule out.
It's not Ives. The end castings for the Ives glass dome are different. Below is a link to the Pride Lines version which is a copy of the Ives original. In addition, neither the Pride Lines nor the original Ives have the rod supports connected to all of the canopy support posts.

It's not Fandor - their glass domes were held together with sheet metal stamping.
I don't think it is Marklin - they made some canopies with cast iron fittings but all of the versions I've seen have end castings that are very different from what you have.

I have a Pride Lines Ives remake and this is very different. There are two support rods connecting the platforms at the bottom. My Pride Lines doesn't have any such rods. Instead of a painted lithograph pattern the platforms have a raised tile like pattern. I was watching an auction on line for a company in Stevens City, VA and I saw this listed. After seeing it I though it was way outside of my budget. I won it for only $120.00, which is less than I paid for my Pride Lines glass dome a few years back. This is much nicer. I would like to know what I have. I sent these pictures to a friend of mine in Kentucky that collects European tin to see if he knows anything (His layout got featured in one of TM's Great Tinplate Layouts Video). He has yet to respond.
The person who owned this was at the auction house when I picked it up and he said he didn't know who made it. He says he bought it at York sometime in the last 30 years.
Hopefully someone here will know about this.
