What is this called???

When you search for these, it helps to measure the distancbetween the pins and also the dimensions. That info can help determine one from another similar looking plug.

Actually, I'd be interested in knowing the proper name also, other than "connector" or "plug".  It has to have a formal name.  

Is PITCH the distance between pins??? I see that in description of plugs/connectors.

Mine is 10.66 mm  wide

          4.32 mm   thick

         2.20 mm  between pins holes

         6.00 mm deep

Any help would be great.....long search of net got nothing....

These are 2.54mm pitch...or .1 inch sockets.

I doubt those are 2.54mm pitch connectors if he's measuring 2.20mm between the pins.  I'm assuming this is center to center measurement?

FWIW, in reference to the eBay listing, there are MANY connectors that have almost the exact same form factor, but there are differences in the housings and pin spacing.

More than likely my error. I set my calipers to 2.54 and compared them to the one plug I have. Pins at 2.54 would work.....doubt I was measuring right.....we'll see. My fine vision is weak at best.....so not my strong suit!

Sometimes you can find a number on the connectors, many of the little Molex ones used by MTH have numbers.

UPDATE!!!!

I ordered these connectors off ebay linked below. I got them today in the mail. They are an EXACT fit for WbB DCRU reverse boards. I contacted  Bachmann about these connectors and while they were included in the DCRU kit at one time they are no long included and they do not, at this time, sell them separately.  BUT....Bachmann called me after I left a message on their machine and together we went through their parts catalog looking for the item. So their service, and parts available was great!!

So if you need a set get these....I will order another set as I like the WbB DCRU and they are in stock again. THAKS for the help!!!
