What OGR issue?

I have a Southern Crescent passenger set which has some lighting problems. I know I saw an article in OGR on how to get the roof off these passenger cars using toothpicks inserted in particular spots. Of course, I can't find the article. Does anybody know the issue number where this article i or can anybody describe the technique?
