This photo is from Jim Policastro's post about who makes a better tree. My question is "where can you purchase the sage armature to make these intricate trees as shown on the Master of Scenery(IMHO), Jim Policastro's layout.

Thank you, PaPaT.
Most has come from SE as Mike said. Also, in the future, I intend to use the need for sage as an excuse to head out west every few years.

I like that idea of heading west. My first flight into Jackson WY, keeping in mind that the airport is located in Teton National Park, from the north, you see Yellowstone Lake, Lewis Lake, Jackson Lake and all the beautiful Teton mountains to your right. Down, down, down, ..... surely there is concrete down there?, because all you see is Sagebrush. Miles and miles of sagebrush. Labor day, it could snow anytime now.
Mike,
For some reason, I've always been more of a fan of the desert southwest, but Yellowstone and the Tetons are definitely on my bucket list. The sage brush would be an added attraction. Gotta get there before the big one erupts.

Ahh, another excuse to travel Home soon.
Northwest Colorado has plenty of sagebrush ;-)
Funny how I've now lived other places longer than I lived there, But that is still "Home".
Scenic express only sells them in a kit with super tree material. Anyone find a source for sagebrush alone for us easterners?
Timberline scenery has them and is having a 40% off sale through 9/15 and if you spend $150 you get a 10 pack tree kit free. Code is 412012.
