I know the premium version will be out later. I have the free app on my Android tablet did the update that was released this week.
But where do I find the paid Standard App or I am reading " an option for in-app purchase upgrades" or where is the option to upgrade??

It's an "in-app" purchase.
In the free app, click on More... at the bottom of the screen. Then click on Upgrade.
This and a whole lot more is all in.“The DCS Companion 3rd Edition", available for purchase from many fine GR advertisers and forum sponsors, or as an eBook or a printed book.
