I recently purchased a Marx #406 Electric Crossing Signal. The directions show it connected directly either to the track or to the accessory terminals on the transformer which would make it br on all the time. Along with the Marx lockon I received a device that looks like it could be snapped onto an O27 track and make the Signal flash as the train went by. It is insulated from the track and looks like a outside rail connection would by made when a wheel flange made contact. Does anyone know if this device was made by Marx or made by a third party?
