The latest #4 kit for the Frank Ellison Tribute Series by Brennans model railroading has been announced.
Its the Sanky [skanky] Wanky Coffee Co.
It appears to be a nice medium size brick structure remenicent of a small factory of the 1930's til the 1960's with a loading dock, two chimneys, foundation and a rooftop access stairwell. A pic is on Brennans F.B. page.

This looks like something l can bash into a wanted slaughterhouse/meat packer, with the addition of stock pens and cold storage building.

The rooftop access is actually the elevator penthouse.
Colorado Hirailer, the 3rd kit in the series, the Richmond Packing Co, is a slaughterhouse/meat packer company. I'm also be offering a stock pen for it.

It is great to have these kits that are true to the original structures' design while incorporating the improved materials and techniques now available. Kudos to the Brennans for making these and combining the best of the originals with the best of what is now possible in model structure kits.
How do you order? Address, prices, including cattle pen, and other related structures/details? Shipping?

I know Ellison's layout was full of obscure references and puns, but this one doesn't seem like his style. Probably unintentional. I guess in Frank's day, he didn't have the Urban Dictionary. 
Ha! If you haven't heard of Sanka Decaffeinated Coffee, I can understand why you went there. Sanka brand Coffee was very popular and greatly advertised back then. Ellison used other well know product names to inform his whimsical names such as Carter's Little River Mills (Carter's Little Liver Pills).
Yeah, I well-remember Sanka -- it was in the carafe with the green handle (except when it wasn't!). And I did get the connection. But, linking it with "wanky" made me strongly suspect a double (triple?)-entendre.
Ah well, we're all adults. 
Merriam Webster defines "wanky" as "weak, feeble" so the name may reflect how a regular (not decaffeinated) coffee drinker regarded Sanka. Nowadays, you can get many or most coffees in decaffeinated form but it seems to me that back in Frank Ellison's day, Sanka was pretty much the only game in town. Even in my lifetime, IIRC, it seems that as late as the early 1970s Sanka seemed to be the only widely available decaffeinated coffee.
