I highly recommend Bel Paese Italian Ristorante, located at 1202 Memory Lane Plaza, East York Pennsylvania. Their phone number is (717) 840-4040 and they take reservations (which you may need on a Saturday night, especially during the meet week).
One of the best Italien restaurants I've had the pleasure in which to dine. A group of us have been having dinner there every York week for the past few years.
Barry is correct. Great food, great atmosphere and easy to get to. I have been going to York for 34 years and that is still my number one choice.
I'll add to this recommendation. Great fresh bread with a saucer of olive oil. Terrific. Pizza is great also, but try a pasta dish. All are delicious and fresh as can be.
