Can you explain in a bit more detail what you are having problems with? What is chattering? Does it chatter all the time? Is the switch trying to open and close at the same time? Or does it not stop after the switch has been thrown and completed the action cycle?
Are you using ~12-14 volts AC supply to the switches (not your track voltage)?
Are the outside rails isolated allowing the non-derail to operate?
Check the wiring to make sure the leads that go to the isolated rails are connected to the correct control wire to the switch motor.
Are you using the diodes as indicated? These are 1N4001 available from www.jameco.com or others and rated for 50 volts, 1 amp. I seem to recall that Ross in now placing these inside the switches with current version offerings.
