I am in the process of changing a Plasticville 45981 cathedral into a more realistic building for my village. I am looking for window film to put in as it didn't come with any. I would like the clear that comes with other kits then use a wash of colors to simulate stained glass. I have kits I could rob but hate to do that! Any ideas on where to find clear window film? I have looked in Michael's and other craft stores without any luck. Suggestions are appreciated!

Go to almost any print shop and ask for overhead projector sheets. There is a real advantage in that you can have almost anything you want printed on it, too, like store window signs, interior pictures, etc.....and it doesn't cost much.
That reminds me, I've got to go to A&E Reprographics and get some windows made myself.
Depending on the actual application I use the frosted plastic milk jugs for a lot of windows.

Another option since you want the effect of stained glass - buy some vellum and print what you want on it. You can find samples of stained glass on the internet
