n my HO days, long long ago, I used a liquid to glaze windows. Stuck a tooth pick in it, ran it around the edges and gently pulled it out. This tuff filled small window opening, dried hard, and was almost water-clear.
Can't remember what it was nor where I got it, but it worked great on small openings like car windows and such.

Micro Glaze. www.micromark.com. Canopy glue will work as well. I've done a few windows using this method. It can be done in O Scale but with the wider spacing of panes it's a little more difficult than in HO.
Harry Hieke uses it on structures with good results. Told me to use it on some windows in one of his tower kits. Works well and is a lot easier than cutting and glueing individually.
