Don’t they just run off track power?
Jon
They get their power from the track, so no wiring to the transformer is needed. The controller should have quantity 2 of three conductor ribbon cables (one for each switch). The center wire goes to the center post of the switch, the outer wires to the outer posts (you can swap the outer wires to swap the throw of the switch).
Everything you'd ever need to know is here between these links and images:

ok, thank you...now another question....which two terminals on the transformer to power track...like i said, it's been a very long time..thanks again, steve

"A" post to CTC Lockon clip "2" outside rails, "U" post to CTC Lockon clip "1" center rail for the 1033 and all other 1 train transformers.
thanks again, steve
Just an FYI, you can get stuff to hook the O gauge switches directly to transformer
power. You can operate them at higher voltage without affecting your train speed.
Fixed Voltage Plug

The 1121 switches have no provision for fixed voltage plugs or being powered independent of the track (without heavy customizations ) in contrast to the O22 switches you apparently thinking of.
