wireing a new layout

my plan is two 4x16 tables and one 4x8 to make a u-shaped layout one side to have three tracks with switches to go from one track to the next basicly three big circles

the other side will have a yards for makeup and breakdown the single 4x8 will be the conection between the two legs i have two old zw's and one new zwl and legecy control

conventional and legacy engines super o track no idea about new wireing the last layout i had setup was a singal lop 40 years ago i have much to learn

what should i wire up first
