Wiring 4 heads on a Lionel 450 Signal bridge

Hi Everyone, I have been searching here on the net and cant find what I need. I know some of you really smart guys can help a slow guy out. So here is the question, does anyone have a diagram or know how to wire 4 heads on a lionel 450 signal bridge when both track will be able to run in both directions. Once I get the heads wired I will move on to wiring it to a test track. P.S. I am using my won LED's and they are all grounded. All I have left are the hot wires I know on the bridge the RED wire is one color and the Black is the other.
