I am trying to wire a MTH Block Signal using a AC DPDt relay and would like confirmation of my thoughts

(1) Post A would be wired to the transformer power, Post B would be connected to the insulated rail

(2) Post #1 would be connected to the NC Contact (Green Wire)

(3) Post #3 would be connected to the NO Contact (Red Wire)

(4) Post # 5 would be connected to the common

The seven light signal should look like a PRR signal..Below the main head is a single lite...I believe this is the BLUE wire.  Connect this wire to the acc hot side and the lite should remain on all the time.  Your previous description of the wiring sounds okay.  Not sure what relay you are using.  I have one of these, and it works great...The signal with the four wires should hook up as follows:  Red to acc hot, black to insulated track, green to NC and red to NO.
